the middle east has many countries with an array of cultures.. if i took up Arabic as a language is there a business opportunity there

Study Arabic if you want however it depends where in the Middle East you plan to do business, the type of business and the market.
What you will find is that many in the Middle East have advanced college degrees and if not, at least have been to university. Plus, English isn't a foreign language to them and they have been doing business globally for centuries.
Like any other business venture, find something the market wants to buy and give it to them.
