I would like to start a business Opportunity Brokerage or Franchise opportunity website?

What do I have to do to start a business or a website that list all Types of Franchises or business opportunities. Do I have to have any experence in doing this type work. if I start something like this do the Customers contact the Franchise Directly and I get Paid a Commission for listing the Different franchises

Reply:You would need to start by doing some basic research. You are looking for the answers to two questions.





1. Is there anyone else already offering this product or service?


2. If not, why?





It may be that the cost of entry is too high or the percieved demand for such a service may be too low.





If you've done your research and decided there is a viable market for such a product, you will then need to contact each of the francises you plan to feature on your website and find out their rules on if/how you can advertise them. Then you need to negotiate a mutually agreeable compensation plan. After all that is done, then you can begin building the website.
