Go to score.org. This site, set up by the small business administration, recruits retired execs to help young entrepreneurs like yourself. You can choose the executive mentor by specialty. There will likely be several to choose from in your area if you live near a reasonably big city that can help you set up a business like a restaurant or cleaning business. If you have financing, you have a pretty good start on it, but I'd get the advice of a seasoned exec to help you out. It's my favorite price, too -- free.
