I was wondering if anyone had any experience with a business opportunity named IGNITE?

A friend of mine spoke to me about it and I am interested, but just want to be sure. I went to her website: http://batwood.igniteinc.biz and checked out the video etc... I was told it is only in Texas and about to open with natural gas in GA.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with a business opportunity named IGNITE?
Very limited market. Considering that today's economy is GLOBAL, your market is mere pittance.

Their Compensation Plan is definitely NOT one of the best on today's market. In order to make $8,000.00 a month you need 24 hundred customers in your organization. Good Compensation Plan in Network Marketing will reward you with $10,000.00 a month of residual income with less than one thousand repeat customers. Also, they do not say if you'll still receive your reward when you stop sponsoring new dealers.

Should you still feel this opportunity is for you, get sponsored by at least Senior or Executive Director who is not a co-owner or part of this company to any extend. Somebody who started just like you from scratch, is at least 1 year with the company and can honestly show you the income statement.

Income after his/her expenses, before taxes. It's a no brainer to make $8,000.00 a month spending 90% of that in advertising and marketing costs. Your sponsor should also be able to show you detailed Marketing Plan that is easy to duplicate, with detailed costs attached to it, including the time schedule neccessary to implement it.

Summary:

As a professional businessman you could not attract me to this proposition even if you paid me.

P.S.

Their business and it's future is entirely dependent on Energy Deregulation, which in turn is fully under control of governments. Do you know of any government you can rely your future and the future of your family on?
Reply:To add a couple of things to Stan the Man's great explanation - according to the 39 page policies and procedures -

I'd be sure to read the entire policies and procedures - Section on Commissions - especially Item O. - pages 9-10

Also Page 16 - Section B. = Eligibility for commissions.

Not only can you not retire and still earn residual ... they can change the comp plan with out notice.

Page 28 - A. Customer Acquisition and Recruiting. unless you are a MA (an additional $99 fee) you are not allowed to work outside your warm market, which essentially means only people you know.

I could go on and on, but read them very carefully... I agree with Stan the Man ... you couldn't pay me to join, even if you did all the work for me too....

~best wishes to you

Reply:Bad news - stay away.

Most of these companies are hyped, high-pressure sales organizations that con people into contracts they don't need to sign.

Unless you're fond of making enemies, pick another company.
