Is it legal to leave a business opportunity flyer on person's car windshield?

Most cities have laws against this due to litter caused from the cars owner throwing them on the ground.

Is it legal to leave a business opportunity flyer on person's car windshield?
I can't speak to the legality since it is very dependent on local ordinances. I will say I don't think it is a very effective way to market a business opportunity. My first thought when I find them is, would I want to walk around parking lots putting cards in windshields? NO! So why would I introduce my business to someone by doing that? That's the problem with many work-from-home opportunities. They teach you to approach anybody and everybody about your opportunity without understanding their situation. They may be quite happy doing what they are doing.

You'll find much better results if you allow people to approach you vs. you approaching them. I advertise my business and provide the opportunity to request a follow-up call. When I call them back, people have already expressed an interest. They want to know about what I have to offer. We have a conversation (not a presentation) to determine if there is a fit and proceed from there. Most of my advertising (google/facebook) directs people to my website/blog smallpasture.com. Feel free to check it out if you want to know more.
Reply:if the city has given the business the permission to advertise, then yes, it is perfectly legal
Reply:It depends on the municipality, some forbid the practice and will fine you and may make you pick up every one that ends up on the ground
Reply:If you are on someone elses property, without permission, you are tresspassing.
Reply:Depends where you are, it is not legal in Australia.

And even if it was legal it's bloody annoying, I'd never support a business that left their trash on my car.
