I have been investigating a popular home based business opportunity, which is operating a local business directory and portal for my city. I would make money by selling featured listings and banner ads, as well as with built-in affiliate programs and the best part is that it doesn't require any programming knowledge (since I don't have any!).
Anyhow, the one with the best appearance and features seems to the www.yourcityguide.net. They pre-load the website with all my local businesses and have many other great features. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with them or operates a city guide themselves. Do you think I have a good chance of success considering the minimal investment?
