No, Mona Vie is not a scam.
Jennifer has given some great info on the comp plan. I would suggest that you get as much information about the comp plan as you can before getting started. Don't get involved if you don't have an interest in the product. Business opportunities are a dime a dozen, despite the fact that they all claim to have the best opportunity. It also helps to learn the basics of how the network marketing/MLM industry works before getting involved. It will help you through the emotional roller coaster. I have a link to a great e-book in my profile if you would like more info.
Have any of you tried Monavie as a business opportunity? Is it a scam?
Monavie is not a scam; however, the pay plan is tough - it's a binary plan. There are at least 8 ways to make money with monavie, but the key is in the 'legs' and typically it is the weak leg they look at... so there ends up being a lot of breakage (money for the company)
If you'd like more information, send me an email through my profile.
~best wishes to you

Reply:I haven't tried it. But I've heard of it. It's not a scam but it is multi-level marketing. The only way to really make money is to sign other people up as distributors and have them constantly purchasing product.
Reply:Hi Michael,
I don't know much about Monavie other then you have to sell their product to advance and I'm not sure how many people want to buy something in this economy that they can do without. If you are open to suggestions you should check out the following and you be the judge. Go to http://www.massive1099.com and watch the presentation then click on the Success Magazine clip on the same site and watch it also. If you have any questions email me anytime, goodluck.
Sincerely,
Val
